Participate: Countdown

Youth leadership is central to Pilgrimage. The NC Conference Committee on Youth Ministries defines the direction of each annual event. Youth leaders of the Conference participate in the event planning process, as well as serve as worship leaders during the Pilgrimage weekend.

Countdown

10 … 9 … 8 … 7. Lead attendees in a countdown to kick off a General Session. 10 members of a youth group will lead a dynamic 10-second countdown at the beginning of each General Session.

Any group is invited to participate!

Groups are invited to perform a live or pre-recorded countdown. If the countdown video is pre-recorded, please include when submitting the interest form.

If you are pre-recording a countdown video, please provide a link to a video of your submission. You can upload to YouTube (a privately published video is fine) or Google Drive. If you are using Google Drive, please make sure the sharing settings are set for "anyone with the link can view."
Youth Participant Consent*
By submitting this form, you confirm that you are interested in being a Participant at Pilgrimage 2024. As a Participant, you agree to uphold the Pilgrimage Ministry Covenant before, during and after the event. Furthermore, you are agreeing that multimedia (photo, video, audio, etc) featuring you will be published publicly by Pilgrimage and the NC Conference. Your name may or may not be included alongside the multimedia shared. You are also confirming your understanding that officials of Pilgrimage and the NC Conference will communicate with you via email and phone (text and call).
