Exhibit Your Brand or Ministry at Pilgrimage 2021

Pilgrimage offers two types of packages for you to share your brand or ministry’s mission with attendees: Exhibit and Advertisement.

Exhibit Options

NC Conference Affiliation

Package 1 — $150

Table on concourse and access to attendees from when doors open to the beginning of the session + promotional slide to rotate on screens surrounding the main stage before the beginning of sessions on Friday and Saturday.

Package 2 — $100

Table on concourse and access to attendees from when doors open to the beginning of the session

No Affiliation

Package 1 — $275

Table on concourse and access to attendees from when doors open to the beginning of the session + promotional slide to rotate on screens surrounding the main stage before the beginning of sessions on Friday and Saturday.

Note: in order to comply with social distancing recommendations, there are only 15 slots available for in-person vendors.

Advertising Options

Slides Package 1 — $75

Promotional slide to rotate on screens surrounding the main stage before the beginning of the sessions on Friday and Saturday

Slides Package 2 — $50

Promotional slide to rotate on screens surrounding the main stage before the beginning of the sessions on Friday

Social Package — $75

Promotional image to go on NCC Pilgrimage Facebook page week of your choice in October

Email Package 1 — $150

Promotional flyer to go out one time in October via Pilgrimage list-serv
